Southern Benefits, LLC was founded in 2005 by Dave Kay, who still oversees the agency today. Dave has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefit industry and is an independent insurance broker.

We have other independent agents that represent our firm throughout the state, and each is licensed by the State of South Carolina.

As you can imagine, the primary focus for most employers right now is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). We consult with our clients on the complexities of this law every day, and we would welcome the opportunity to review your benefit programs to ensure that you are in compliance with the law.
